FACTS & OPINIONS

Facts are statements that can be proven, something that actually exists; reality; truth
Facts may be true or false.
But facts can be proven.
Examples
Most buses weigh more than most cars.
2.UPBC is a public school.

PHRASES: Research shows, according to, etc…

Opinions are statements that cannot be proven.
Opinions may be supported with facts.
Opinions cannot be proven.
Examples
1.Pizza is delicious.
2.Math is the hardest subject.
PHRASES: To me, this seems, etc.
Another way of identifying someone´s opinion in a sentence is to look for adjectives like good, bad, great, etc.
